Glow By Tanabeth will start the evening with a grounding meditation in the lavender, after which we'll settle in for some creative fun and wine tasting! Mandalas aren't only really cool designs, but they also can help express our thoughts and feelings, find balance and connect to our inner selves. While creating and "translating" our mandalas, Tanabeth will guide us through tasting four clean crafted wines by Scout and Cellar (scoutandcellar.com), a company dedicated to creating wines without artifical ingredients or added sugars. Before leaving, harvest your own bundle of lavender to take home and enjoy for years to come! Must be 21 to take part and please bring a towel or yoga mat for the meditation.
