Savory Autumnal French Tian

Its autumn and time for the Tian, Ratatouille's sophisticated sibling. We’ll incorporate vibrant layers of autumn root vegetables -- seasonal pumpkin, beets, and sweet potatoes -- into a feast for the eyes and taste buds.

While we craft these artfully arranged edible mosaics, we’ll change buttermilk into delicate, homemade ricotta to crown our creation. As a class we’ll savor a tian completed by Chef Tamara. Your own layered masterpiece will be yours to take home and bake, ready to impress your family and friends. Get ready to transform vegetables into a stunning culinary experience!
