Posture for Life: A Community Workshop

Join us for a yoga therapy session designed to help optimize your posture.

What you’ll learn and practice:

- How to align your posture while sitting, standing, and moving
- The importance of spinal curves for support and stability
- The role of your diaphragm and feet in healthy alignment
- How to engage your core to stabilize the spine
- Strengthening your back and core muscles
- Releasing fascia and muscular tension that may be affecting your posture

This workshop is open to all—no experience needed.

Come as you are, and leave with tools you can use every day.
