What is a Sound Bath?
It’s a gentle and deeply relaxing experience using calming tones from instruments like chimes and singing bowls. It’s not tied to any spiritual practice—just a time to unplug, breathe, and let your mind and body reset. Think of it like a nap your nervous system really needs.

Bring:
• A throw blanket
• A yoga mat (we’ll have extras!)
• An open mind and a tired body ready to relax
