Breen Prairie Farm Workday

Join Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation to remove unwanted sweet clover and brush from our gorgeous Breen Prairie Farm property to help the native prairie thrive!

We'll be hand pulling sweet clover — an invasive plant that if not kept in check will take over a landscape. We may also use various hand tools (handsaws or loppers) to manually cut invasive or unwanted brush, chemically treating every stump we cut. No prior experience necessary! Instruction will be provided onsite.
