A 6-week creative support circle for ages 9β12 navigating divorce or family transitions

Brave Hearts is a gentle, empowering workshop that helps tweens explore and express their emotions through art, mindfulness, and connection. In this safe, creative space, your child will gain lifelong tools to manage big feelings, build emotional resilience, and feel less alone during difficult transitions.
