4-Week Anxiety Healing Workshop for Tweens 🌿🎨
Designed for tweens ages 10-14, this interactive, 4-week workshop helps participants work through anxiety, stress, and worries in a supportive environment. Through mindfulness and art, tweens will gain empowerment and self-care tools to navigate their emotions and thoughts with confidence.
What to Expect:

✅ Practical coping tools like breathing exercises, guided meditation & self-talk techniques
✅ Creative art activities as a healing modality and form of self-expression
✅ Expert guidance from a Life & Mindfulness Coach (Master’s Degree in Art Therapy)
Workshop Schedule:
📅 Saturdays: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4
⏰ 2:00 PM - 3:15 PM EST
Weekly Topics:
🔹 Week 1: Understanding Thoughts, Feelings & Emotions
🔹 Week 2: Managing Anxiety, Stress & Worry
🔹 Week 3: Building Self-Awareness & Practicing Mindfulness
🔹 Week 4: Embracing Self-Acceptance & Letting Go
Each week, tweens will explore art-based coping techniques designed to reduce anxiety and enhance self-expression—helping them better understand themselves in a creative and healing way.

This workshop is limited to 8 participants. Being this workshop is very interactive and personable, I found the teens feel more comfortable sharing and opening up in a smaller group.
