🌙 Eid al-Adha Mubarak! 🌙

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

InshaAllah, we will be celebrating *Eid al-Adha* on *Friday, June 6, 2025*.
Eid Prayer (Salat al-Eid) will begin promptly at *9:00 AM* at ICOM (Islamic Center of Monroe ).
Please arrive early to allow time for parking and *takbeerat*, which will begin shortly after arrival.

Let us come together in the spirit of unity and reflection, remembering the profound sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and his unwavering submission to Allah ﷻ. May this blessed day renew our faith and strengthen our bonds as a community.

🕋 Hadith on the Virtue of Eid:

"The Prophet ﷺ used to go out on the day of Eid and offer the prayer first, then deliver the khutbah."
(Bukhari, Muslim)

"The first thing we do on this day of ours is to pray, then return and slaughter the sacrifice. Whoever does that has followed our Sunnah."
(Bukhari 965, Muslim 1961)
