Monroe County Seniors, you're invited to participate in a free community fitness class on the beautiful IHM Campus. Come stretch it out and get your body moving. Enhance®Fitness is an evidence-based group exercise program designed for older adults of all fitness levels, focusing on improving mobility, preventing falls, and fostering social connections in a welcoming environment. Led by highly qualified instructors, participants engage in low-impact exercises that enhance strength, endurance, and flexibility—at a pace that suits them.
