Dieppe Walking Club - Thursday 6 PM Long Walk

Join us this Thursday at 6:00 PM at the Riverfront trail in Dieppe. It will be an easy 40 - 60 minute walk led by the Medispine team!

Our meeting point will be at the parking lot on the intersection of Amirault Street, and Melanson Street. If not sure, look for our flag!

This 8-week program is all about boosting your health, increasing your energy, pushing your limits, and getting YOU ready to conquer that 5K or 10K.

We will be walking rain or shine, so dress for the weather and let’s reset body and mind together

Rejoignez-nous ce jeudi à 6 h sur le sentier Riverfront à Dieppe pour une marche de 40-60 minutes, animée par l’équipe de Medispine!

Notre point de rencontre sera dans le stationnement à l’intersection des rues Amirault et Melanson. Si vous n’êtes pas certain·e, cherchez pour notre drapeau!
