Dieppe Walking Club - The 6 PM Easy Stroll

Join us this Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Rotary Park in Dieppe for our second walk of the programme! We are starting with a 45-minutes walk with the Dieppe Walking Club led by the Medispine team!

This 8-week program is all about boosting your health, increasing your energy, pushing your limits, and getting YOU ready to conquer that 5K or 10K.

We will be walking rain or shine, so dress for the weather and let’s reset body and mind together.

Rejoignez-nous ce mardi à 6 h au parc Rotary de Dieppe pour notre deuxième marche du programme!

On commence avec une marche de 45 minutes avec le Dieppe Walking Club, animée par l’équipe de Medispine!

Ce programme de 8 semaines vise à améliorer votre santé, augmenter votre énergie, repousser vos limites et vous préparer à relever le défi du 5K ou du 10K.

Nous marcherons qu’il pleuve ou qu’il fasse beau, alors habillez-vous en fonction de la météo.
