Flow into Stillness: Yoga + Yoga Nidra Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply nourishing experience designed to reset body, mind, and spirit. We’ll begin with a 30-minute all-levels Flow Yoga practice to gently awaken and energize your body through mindful movement and breath.

Then, ease into stillness with a 45-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation, enhanced by the healing vibrations of a live sound bath. This extended rest phase promotes deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and inner clarity.

No experience necessary—just come as you are and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
