Learn why proper nourishment is especially vital in your 30s–50s for hormone balance, metabolism, mood, and longevity. We’ll explore how to fuel your body with protein, fiber, and healthy fats in a way that supports digestion, energy, and emotional well-being.
You’ll enjoy a wholesome snack crafted to support blood sugar balance and digestion before transitioning into a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice. Long, supported poses will help you release tension, soften into stillness, and prepare for the final phase: a calming sound bath designed to relax your nervous system and integrate all that you’ve received.
