Women's Circle~Chakra Sound Balancing Meditation & Journey

We will begin with a guided meditation in which you will learn a simple humming technique to channel the vibrations from your own voice to stimulate the energy centers along your spine called Chakras, followed by a deeper relaxed state enhanced by the sounds of multiple instruments tuned to healing frequencies, including: Tongue Drums, Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Temple Bowls, Keys, Natural & Metallic chimes!!!
