The Fearless Festival is an inspiring two-day event held annually across Tasmania, dedicated to empowering young women in Years 10–12 to explore careers in many industries. The festival features hands-on activities, industry displays, masterclasses with inspiring women leaders, and an inspirational Dinner with powerful presentations from industry leaders. Female mentors host every table. It aims to break barriers, boost confidence and demonstrate to young women that they can be fearless about studying and working in any field.
