Slow Flow Yoga
SLOW FLOW YOGA
Join Paula or Susy to access a practice that aims to reawaken you to sensation, consciously invite the breath and flow into and out of of asana (yoga shapes), in your own unique rhythm, so that you may return to a state of deep connection and knowing.
Slow Flow is all about becoming reacquanited with the wants and needs of the body through movement, lifting awareness to the breath, and welcoming moments in whole body contemplation. In this way, we come to realise the importance of meeting ourselves where we are, on any given day, accept the body with the utmost compassion and honour the innate need for a separation from the cycle of busyness.
Yoga
'Yuj' (Sanskrit) - to yoke, unite
Our Your Own Yoga offerings are a celebration of community as we come together to share a life-nourishing practice that honours the uniqueness of our individual bodies and spirits in collective harmony.
This practice is suitable for beginners and is offered for koha (monthly memberships for all Your Own Yoga offerings are also available if this suits better).
