Do What You Can Yoga

It's not about how much you can do, how far you can go or what variation you take It's about doing what you can in a way that feels good to you.

Perhaps your older, are recovering from an injury or illness or experience difficulties in your body meaning you need extra consideration and options.
These sessions are for anyone who has restrictions they feel might not be accommodated in a yoga class.
Each session brings together elements of breath, meditation and physical shapes in a gentle way with time to explore different variations and options that might best suit you and your unique body.

Erleen has a deep understanding of anatomy and a background in helping people with chronic and acute conditions.
She is passionate about supporting people to do what they can.
