Reiki level 1 course

Reiki level 1 - a full day of training for those who wish to use Reiki energy, culminating in a personal attunement from a Reiki master which will enable you to treat yourself, friends, family, and even your plants & animals.

- The history and origins of Reiki

- The principles & essence of Reiki

- Reiki for healing & self healing

- The chakra system

- Body scanning & dowsing

- Hand positions for self treatment and for treating others

- Grounding, and protecting your energy.

Full manual and certificate will be issued on the day of the training. Ongoing support is always included in each of our courses.
