Join me in celebrating the Summer Solstice with a Guided Meditation and Sound Bath ✨

The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and marks the first day of Summer ☀️

We will start with a Guided Meditation to align with the energies of the sun and then flow into a full Sound Bath 🩷

We will then follow with delicious herbal teas and homemade cake, whilst pulling an oracle card and connecting with like minded people 🥰

I will only be holding space for 12 people, allowing each individual to receive one on one healing as I weave the drum, gong and percussion around the body, creating a truly personal experience. 💫

Throughout a Sound Bath, frequencies and vibrations emitted by the instruments sink deeply into the body, immersing you in deep relaxation. 🫶🏼

Everyone is welcome, you don’t need to be spiritual, go to yoga or even meditate. If you like the idea of laying down and then leaving feeling relaxed, calm and restored then this is perfect for you 🙏🏻
