The Soft Life: A Wine Tasting & Charcuterie Experience

Swanky Lady Couture & Black Fire Winery have partnered to bring you a summer experience like no other. Guests will participate in wine tastings & charcuterie, while enjoying locally grown flowers & a curated market with 25 local brands. All guests must be 21 and older to attend.

Guests will be able to choose their ticket type at checkout. We have the VIP Experience starting at 2pm with a guided wine tasting from the winery founder, Michael Wells. The Reserved Seating guest experience will begin at 4pm and the General Admission experience will start at 5pm. The agenda below describes each experience. Tickets for this event are timed for staggered entry and to ensure the highest level of guest service.

Vendor market: There are 25 8ft x 6ft vendor spaces available. Vendors will need to complete the vendor application in order to participate. Vendor spaces come with one 6ft table, 2 chairs and are under the tent. You can find the vendor app here: https://forms.gle/aMQcVAjVF1dXQ1mJ7

Info: VIP Experience: Doors will open at 1:45 pm for VIP guest arrival. Upon arrival, VIP guests will show their ID to receive a charcuterie box, a swag bag and will be directed to their seats. Promptly at 2pm, VIP guests will experience a one hour guided wine tasting from the winery founder, Michael Wells. During this time guests will learn about the different types of wine available and taste each one. At 3pm, VIP guests will get one hour of exclusive access to 25 local brands in the vendor market. VIP guests will have reserved seating under the tent. We'll have a food truck, flower walls and the beauty of the winery as we connect with one another. Guests with food restrictions or allergies can connect with us via email to inform us of their needs. We can prepare charcuterie options without cheese, meat or nuts to meet the needs of our guests.

Info: Reserved Seating Guest Experience: Doors will open at 3:45 pm for reserved seating guests. Upon arrival, guests will show their ID to receive a charcuterie box and access to the bar for 4 wine tastings. Reserved seating guests will select their seats under the tent, have access to the vendor market, a food truck and flower wall backdrops. Guests with food restrictions or allergies can connect with us via email to inform us of their needs. We can prepare charcuterie options without cheese, meat or nuts to meet the needs of our guests.

Info: General Admission Experience: Doors will open at 4:45 pm for general admission guests. Upon arrival, general admission guests will show their ID to receive a mini charcuterie box and access to the bar for 4 wine tastings. There is no reserved seating for general admission guests, however, general seating at picnic tables and on the deck of the winery are available. Guests will have access to the vendor market, a food truck, and flower wall backdrops. Guests with food restrictions or allergies can connect with us via email to inform us of their needs. We can prepare charcuterie options without cheese, meat or nuts to meet the needs of our guests.
