Join us at The Ballroom (Swing Dance) Club near NW 50th and Meridian in Oklahoma City every Thursday, for a fabulous cardio workout. Just walk in! I am the first door on your left after the reception desk. Come a few minutes early to park and sign in. Cost is $10. A super fun class for ladies who are 21 to 70. Tone up with a hip-shaking workout complete with shimmy belts.
Instructor Eileen Hetherington will teach you the Beginner Bollywood moves with a bit of Hip-Hop mixed in. Tone up and shape your body! Enjoy fantastic music while dancing awesome routines. Wear socks, barefoot, sneakers, or canvas ballet shoes (Amazon). Yoga pants or leggings and a snug fitting top are recommended.
No prior dance experience needed.
