A unique workshop program that combines insights from leadership development with yoga and mindfulness practices, to be held over FOUR fortnightly Saturday mornings.

Saturday 10 - 12 noon
26 July, 9 August, 23 August, 6 September

The sessions combine gentle movement, mindfulness and breath work with facilitated conversations about emotional health and the three centres of intelligence (head, heart, body).

This program is for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and distracted and wants to learn practical ways to stay grounded and in balance.

The program has been created by leadership facilitator Melinda Maddock, and yoga and mindfulness teacher Melissa Howden with the intention of helping people find balance in times of uncertainty.
