This week at our Milk and Cookies breastfeeding group, we're thrilled to welcome Michelle Wall, with Moms in Motion PT, to talk about a topic that doesn't get nearly enough attention: pelvic floor health in the postpartum period.

Whether you're newly postpartum, several months in, or still preparing for your baby, this session will empower you with knowledge about how your pelvic floor affects breastfeeding posture, core strength, bladder and bowel health, healing after birth, sex, intimacy, and self-confidence, and long-term wellness and movement.
