There is an abunDANCE of love and care… especially in this community! Come dance your abundance with us!
There is no dance church and no shake your bones, so we’re having a Sunday ecstatic Dance for this awesome community at A-Mill artist Lofts.
And, there’s a lot going on in the world!! We all need dance and togetherness in community where we can be fully embodied and expressed in our authenticity.
Similar to both Shake Your Bones & Ecstatic Dance our AbunDANCE will feature DJ Earth Goddess Koreen, featuring a blend of world beats, ethereal grooves, playful polka, and righteous rhythms that will help you shake and groove your blues away.
Katie Strand will lull us into our wind-down with slow and gentle music, some covers and originals to provoke connection, reflection, relaxation, and inspire you to get cozy and sing-along!
Suggested donation, sliding scale: $10-30 (just like Dance Church, no one turned away for lack of funds)
Please bring pillows, pads & yoga mats for greater comfort during the music & sound bath experience!
Arrive by noon.
