Another Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) session kicks off in September 2025 on Thursday Evenings! MBSR has been researched for over 40 years and consistently delivers benefits associated with increased self-awareness, and attentional and emotional regulation. In addition, outcomes have included reductions in symptoms for various physical and behavioral health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression, chronic pain and hypertension.
This highly participatory, practical course includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching and mindful yoga, group dialogue and discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life, and daily home assignments. The course schedule consists of one orientation class (1 hour), eight weekly classes (2.5-3 hours), and one daylong retreat on a Saturday or Sunday (6.5 hours), all online on Zoom.

-Orientation: September 4 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Central
-Session 1: September 11 from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. Central
-Sessions 2-3: September 18 from 6:30 - 9 p.m. Central
-Skip October 2 in observance of Yom Kippur
-Sessions 4 - 6: October 9, October 16, October 23 from 6:30 - 9 p.m. Central
-Retreat: October 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central
-Session 7: October 30 from 6:30 - 9 p.m. Central
-Session 8: November 6 from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. Central

This course is approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching for 28.5 continuing education units (CE-000068-1).
Access to downloadable audio recordings of meditation and mindfulness exercises is included in your registration fee, for your use in practicing outside of class.
