join us weekly to nourish your mind, body, & soul. wednesdays at 7pm, for roughly an hour. 🌼🍀
🦋each week will be a little different, and will always start with a chakra aligning soundbath.
🦋everyone is welcome, all ages, all people. bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, anything to get cozy.
