Sip&Stretch Summer Series 2025!

Join us for a rejuvenating and relaxing yoga practice (45 min) with meditation and sound immersion (30 min) that is suited for all levels and ages. This class will be outside on the Mill Haus bocce ball courts and includes one complimentary drink.
Tickets are $30/per person.
