Next, Chef Weber will prepare Seared Wild Salmon glazed with Lakefront Brewery’s Dark Teriyaki, served over nutty, aromatic forbidden rice. He’ll share insider tips on achieving the perfect sear and balancing bold, locally brewed flavors with delicate fish.

To finish, indulge in a warm and decadent Banana Macadamia Cake, drizzled with a house-made Myers Rum Caramel Sauce. Chef Weber will show how to elevate this comforting dessert with tropical notes and a rich, boozy finish.
