Annual Girl Powered Robotics Workshop

India Community Center, in collaboration with Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (RECF) and Google, is excited to host the 8th Annual Girl Powered Robotics Workshop for girls in grades 6-12 on August 2-3, 2025 at ICC Milpitas.

During this two-day workshop, teams of students will have the opportunity to design and build a robot (on the first day) and program and compete (on the second day) with other teams in game-based engineering challenges.

Students will interact with 100+ volunteers from the very accomplished NorCal robotics community who will guide them during building, programming, and competing.

This event is for girls in middle and high school with no prior robotics or programming experience. It’s a great way to learn about robotics in a safe and inclusive environment. Registrations are open!
