International Day of Yoga - FREE Class !!! 54 Sun Salutations in one hour challenge @ Prana Love Yoga - Saturday 21 June @ 10:30am (Beginners Welcome)

For our Saturday Surprise Class we are again going to be tackling the 54 Sun Salutations in one hour challenge. We have done a few of these and it’s a wonderful practice for letting go of the thinking mind and dropping down into the rhythm of movement and breath ☀️😀💪🏽

It is a yoga tradition to do 108 Sun Salutations but because we only have an hour class, we will be aiming for 54. However please don’t worry about the number 54 .. if you manage do 10 or 20 that is still wonderful.
