Get ready for South Africa’s largest Car and Bike charity run — idle DRIVE 2 UNITE! This unforgettable event brings together car and bike enthusiasts for a purpose-driven parade AROUND THE CITY of Johannesburg on the national highway, ending in an exclusive vehicle showcase at Montecasino, free to the public.
Curated by the idle Events team, Drive 2 Unite is more than just a motoring experience — it’s a powerful movement supporting Blessing Lives, an NPO focused on breaking the silence around period poverty and supporting schoolgirls in underprivileged communities.
BE PART OF THE ACTION!
The public is invited to join us at the Montecasino Events Area on Sunday, 22 June from 11am to 2pm, where all the incredible cars and bikes selected for the run will be on display. From supercars to motorcycles — there’s something for every enthusiast!
Entry is FREE, but we encourage everyone to bring along at least one pack of sanitary pads to contribute to our Sanitary Pad Drive.
ABOUT THE RUN:
The drive kicks off early in the morning from a secret start location. Participants will embark on a controlled convoy AROUND THE CITY, using the national highway, before arriving at Montecasino, where the vehicles will be displayed for public viewing until 2pm.
