Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

Join Scoot & Paddle and A Breath of Calm Yoga for Standup Paddleboard Yoga. Every Sunday Morning at 8AM

Begin your day with the morning sun shining on the water and the gentle movement of the sea as you paddle out and anchor off your board. Relax and breath deep as you practice the age old art of yoga on the paddleboard while being completely at one with nature. Challenging poses are much more rewarding when held on a paddleboard as you also try to maintain your balance. You will be engaging additional muscle groups than you normally would. You will feel energized and refreshed and ready to take on the day at the end of your session. Good for the body, good for the soul!

Kelly Warters is a Certified SUP Yoga Instructor. No experience necessary. Kelly offers modifications and will incorporate the paddle for additional balance as needed.
