The practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) is one of the most ancient and sacred yogic rituals, deeply rooted in Vedic traditions.
It is performed as an offering to the Sun (Surya), the source of all life and energy.
Chanting Solar Mantras along with each movement enhances the spiritual depth of the practice, aligning the body, mind, and breath with cosmic rhythms, allowing a trasformation of consciousness. This is followed by a sound bath, which allows for deep integration and energetic balance.
