$37.50 includes a light brunch tea with slice of quiche, 2 finger sandwiches, scone, fruit garnish, dessert bite, tea (as well as tax, gratuity, and payment fees)

At 10:30 we'll convene at Pamela's where we'll enjoy our light repast as we spill the tea on what to expect at our new place.
At 11:30 we'll steal away to break into the shop and check it out in all its phase-one bare-bones glory.
