Self-care is a necessity not a luxury” says Eileen, the Reiki Master teacher and Wellness promoter at the Buttonwood Tree Performing Arts Center, Middletown Connecticut. Begin the New Year by attending my monthly guided meditations, followed by Reiki Shares and ending with chocolate.
Come join us for a fun-filled afternoon enriching the North end of Middletown.
A Reiki Share is where new and experienced Reiki practitioners get together to practice among themselves in a safe and educational environment. Reiki students are also welcome. Haven’t kept up with your Reiki practice or are just learning, no worries, the hand protocol is reviewed.
Eileen combined her Reiki practice with her critical care nursing. Upon retirement she brought her Reiki and wellness practice into the community.
