On Saturday August 16, from 10-12 on the visitor center grounds, we'll be trying to beat the heat while supporting OUR national park.
Like Pooh Corner, "You'll be surprised, there's so much to be done...'" But by doing just one action item, we all make a positive difference.
Earmark the date on the calendar and share with others.
Make a new poster.
Write an elected official, applauding our hardworking and dedicated park team.
Participate in a park program.
Stop by the park visitor center and give a huge shout out to the entire park team.
Alert others to this Facebook page.
Drop your pocket change in the park's donation box inside the visitor center.
Attendance at park rallies is growing, with at least 100 and one furry pal at the last. Let's double attendance at the June 12 rally. Go national park fans go!
