RHOAR for Recovery (Recovery Rally)

Cumberland River RHOAR Center and
Tradition Two Recovery Community Center wants to increase awareness and understanding of mental health and substance abuse disorders and encourage individuals in need of treatment and recovery services to seek help. RHOAR for Recovery is a Recovery Rally that celebrates individuals, living lives in recovery and recognizes the dedication workers who provide the prevention, treatment, and recovery support services that help make recovery possible.
