Cinco de Mayo Makeup Ruck—Wynwood

Better late than never! With Cinco de Mayo falling on a Monday, we’re planning a makeup ruck Friday night by bringing back the ruckus!

Join us for a scenic ruck through Wynwood. It gives you a chance to do some rucking while seeing some of the best of what Miami has to offer. Endex will be at one of the Wynwood breweries, and who knows, we may come across some tacos.

All skill levels are welcome. If you are new to trucking, feel free to ask questions here or message us.

TRAINING LEVEL:
Beginner (If you can do an OCR, 5K, CrossFit, walk…you’ll be fine)

REQUIRED ITEMS:
* Rucksack, we recommend GORUCK
( http://gear.vcruckers.com)
* Reflective band or PT belt on ruck -for night rucks
* Hydration bladder filled with water (2L minimum)
*Snacks.
*Comfortable Shoes
*Comfortable Clothes (Think workout clothes)
*Ruck Weight (See below)
Any weight is ok, but a good starting weight is 10-20lbs
