11:00 a.m.: Workout with Elyse Fernandez

11:45 a.m.: Breakout Session

12:20 p.m.: Yoga with Julia Izquierdo

1:10 p.m.: Zumba with Toni Costa

The event is taking place rain or shine, indoors.

• Yoga mat and/or towel for the yoga & workout activities
• Athletic wear (shirt, shorts, sneakers, etc)
• Good vibes and your best energy!

• Food and/or drink of any kind (there will be food area outdoors)
• Noise makers, laser pointers, and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate

• Strollers
• Cameras with lenses exceeding 8"
