Monthly Reiki circle & Sound Bath-First Friday of the month

Reiki Healing Circle with Sound Bath
Synergy Yoga Center
at 7pm

In this special class, We will start with breathing exercises to relax the mind followed by a Reiki healing circle. Students will receive a brief introduction about Reiki, followed by a brief guided meditation.
They will then receive Reiki individually and the session will conclude with a relaxing sound bath where the beautiful energy will continue to flow.
