Soul Tea Time

A huge portion of our experiences as women are witnessed by no one outside of ourselves. We hold so much on our own. We hold so much in our minds and bodies. Let's enjoy tea together. Both herbal and verbal. Let's share what's on our hearts. Let's share wins, worries and everything in between. This is a safe space where we get to witness each other. Empty the load that we carry and sent it to the Earth for transmutation.

Soul Tea Time is all about creating an open, safe environment for honest conversations—no topic is off-limits here.

Whether you're looking to vent, share a joy, or just listen, this gathering is intended to help you feel heard and supported. It’s a space to unwind, be yourself, and connect with others in a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.

This is a potluck-style event, so feel free to bring your favorite tea or a snack to share. Whether it’s a cup of comfort or a homemade treat, all are welcome to contribute and make the space even more special.

Come as you are, share what’s on your mind, and let’s build a community of support, laughter, and understanding over a warm cup of tea.

This event is donation based and potluck style! Donations are appreciated but not mandatory- especially if you're planning on bringing your favorite tea or a snack for sharing!

Yoga mats, floor cushions and a few bolsters are provided for floor seating. There are a few chairs and a futon for seating is available for those who prefer. Please feel free to bring anything you need for comfort (additional cushions, a blanket) and if you are an eco-friendly person, bring your own mug! (disposable cups are provided)
