Release & Receive: TRE® & Sound

Release and Receive is a somatic sanctuary—a restorative experience combining TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and sound healing.

We begin with guided TRE, a gentle body-based practice that invites the body to tremor and release deeply held tension, stress, or trauma from the nervous system. No experience is needed—just a willingness to listen to your body and allow it to unwind.

From that softened, grounded space, we move into a sound bath using crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments to support deep rest, emotional release, and energetic integration.

This offering is for anyone seeking nervous system relief, energetic reset, and sacred restoration. You are invited to come as you are and leave feeling lighter, held, and more fully present in your body.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in, mingle, make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card.

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions). There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

Space is limited to 10 people, please claim your spot as soon as possible if you plan to attend.
