Join us for Healthy Kids Day—a fun, free event designed to celebrate kids being kids! Hosted by the YMCA. Healthy Kids Day is part of a national initiative focused on building healthier, happier communities by inspiring families to stay active in body and mind all year long. With exciting games, hands-on activities, fitness demos, and community resources, there's something for everyone to enjoy. For over 30 years, YMCAs across the country have brought families together through this special day—and we can’t wait to share it with you. Bring the whole family and kick off a summer of wellness, play, and connection!
