Happy Hour on the Salt River

Take your Friday happy hour outside to the river! Meet at No Snow at 4:45 to coordinate transportation and choose your route. This week, we’ve got two options:

1) Carpool with other paddlers to Phon D, float a mile down to Jump Rock where you can take a quick jump into the water, then float another 1/2 mile to Happy Hour Beach.

~ OR ~

2) carpool to Granite Reef and do a 1.25 mile upriver fitness paddle to Happy Hour Beach, meeting those who are floating down.

Next, we all enjoy happy hour together, sitting in the water, enjoying the wild horses & other wildlife, watching the sun get low. Then we all paddle into the sunset, back to Granite Reef where we will have cars staged to bring us back to Phon D or No Snow.
