Looking to slow down, quiet the chaos, and draw closer to God?

Join us for a brand new 6-week Zoom group on Centering Prayer—a gentle, contemplative practice rooted in the Christian tradition that helps us rest in God’s presence and open our hearts to the Spirit.

📖 We’ll be guided by the book "Open Mind, Open Heart" by Thomas Keating, with time each week for reflection, learning, and prayer.

🗓️ Thursdays at 6:30 PM | Beginning May 8th
📍 Online via Zoom (link will be provided after sign-up)

Whether you’re brand new to contemplative prayer or have a longtime practice, this group offers a meaningful space to pause, breathe, and simply be with God.
