Full Moon Predator Walk

We are planning a night walk on the July full moon. On this night, we will sharpen our ears and walk by flashlight to listen and learn about the night life in the region.

We will end the walk with a fire with tea to celebrate the summer.

This late walk will be sure to feature great night sounds, and identification of things we don't see in the day.

Red Osier loves children, dogs, and all of our families and friends. For this event, we have to ask that people do not bring dogs and keep in mind that we will not hear, or see much of anything if we aren’t in the space to hold a silence and listen. Nighttime predators are often fiercely shy and avoid humans and dogs. We are entering their time and space, and we must do this with consideration. Thank you!
