Beats & Breath: A Breathwork Bootcamp

Beats & Breath is an immersive group experience combining rhythmic music-making with guided breathwork practices, facilitated by Board Certified Music Therapist and Breathwork Coach, Ian Franklin Wilkerson, MT-BC.

No prior musical experience is necessary — just a willingness to explore, connect, and breathe. This workshop may include group drumming, rhythmic exploration, intentional listening, and conscious breathwork to support emotional regulation and embodied self-awareness.

Participants are invited to reconnect with their inner rhythm, release stored tension, and deepen their relationship with themselves and others in a supportive, creative environment.

Through this experiential blend of music and breath, we’ll explore themes such as stress relief, emotional resilience, presence, community connection, and personal empowerment.
