Kids Stretch and Flow School Holiday Workshop on Wednesday 24th September 2025 from 1pm-4pm.
Roots & Wings: School Holiday Yoga Adventure
During this nurturing school holiday workshop, children will plant their roots and grow their wings throughout the session. They will explore calm, balance, and connection through gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and grounding activities, while also stretching, moving, and discovering joy through imaginative games, creative art, and playful adventures in nature.
Every activity will help their hearts and minds feel grounded, inspired, and free to flourish, guiding them on a gentle journey of growth, connection, and joyful exploration. This workshop is a warm, supportive space where every child can be themselves.
Our highly experienced, caring and fully qualified yoga and primary teacher, Thea, will guide your children, helping your child feel calm, imaginative and inspired. This 3-hour workshop will be an opportunity for your child to deep dive into yoga and mindfulness. Perfect for all levels, including beginners. The workshop will balance calm, relaxation opportunities with fun, playful energetic experiences.
The workshop will take place at The Farm, 14 Sattler Road, Meridan Plains.
Cost: $60 per child per workshop plus small credit card fee (includes afternoon tea and a take home gift).
What to bring: water bottle, wear slip on shoes/ comfortable clothes
We provide: Mats, props, all learning materials and a generous afternoon tea
Parents are welcome to stay (there is a large deck area) or drop their children off and pick them up at 4pm.
