Krav Maga Women’s Self Defense Seminar

Learn real, effective self defense techniques including verbal self-defense, de-escalation, striking techniques, and personalized drills specifically for women. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn invaluable self-defense tactics in a supportive environment.

-Ages 13+
-Participants ages 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult.
-Guests are welcome; must sign the SJCC liability waiver.

This workshop will be led by Krav Maga of Renton, a certified Krav Maga Worldwide center.
