About the event

Sundae Runday 2025
Welcome to the 5th annual Sundae Runday, where we combine our love of running and walking with a love for ice cream. Yes, your race includes a trip through the sundae toppings bar!

Course takes you through the sprawling Seward Park, along the shores of Lake Washington, with views of Mount Rainier and closed roads and trails.

Finish your 10K, 5K or 2 mile walk with a delicious ice cream sundae and a finisher's 'medal.'

Race benefits Let Me Run. Let Me Run is building a new generation of men by teaching boys to be their best selves through a character development program powered by running.
